Opportunities for Graduates:
Sika has over the last few years, as part of its long-term growth plans, developed a rigorous two-year training programme for talented graduates. Candidates are recruited from various colleges based on their academic record and a selection process in which they are assessed on certain pre-determined competencies.
Our two-year program has been specifically designed to give graduates a broad range of experiences and a good foundation in areas ranging from engineering design to commissioning or service activities. Work assignments will involve a wide range of functions including design, analysis, manufacturing, service, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
On-the-job training is complemented by ongoing “classroom” sessions. The classroom training provides tools and techniques for quick assimilation and effective workplace competencies for trainees.
The programme is designed to provide valuable opportunities for development and growth, including to continue your career at SIKA beyond the initial two years. Towards the end of the two-year programme, candidates who demonstrate high standards of performance may be offered permanent positions with the company.
